This weekend join us for to worship in the Christian Ministry Center:

Saturday, September 4th at 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, September 5th at 10:00 a.m

On Labor Day weekend our youth who attended the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans will lead our Worship Services on Saturday, Sept. 4, at 5:30 and again on Sunday Sept. 5, both services to be in the Christian Ministry Center.

On Sunday, Sept. 5, there will be only one worship service at 10 a.m.  We will not have Sunday School or Bible Study.  After the worship service, we will gather for fellowship and a FAMILY POTLUCK PICNIC in the CMC.  Meat (hot dogs and hamburgers) will be provided, and we ask that if you are able, to please bring a dish to share for the meal.  It will be a great day of family celebration to worship, eat, play and have fellowship with our friends.

Games and activities are being planned for everyone!!

On Sunday, August 29th, over 250 people from the CTK family gathered together around "The Family Table" to hear Senior Pastor Mike Thurau's points of celebration and concern as our congregation moves forward into the future God is preparing for us as we Know Christ and Make Him Known in our community. Afterward, Pastor Mike had this to say:

"THANK YOU!  Your response to my request for some time around the family table was overwhelming!  I thank God for our continued partnership in the most important task in the world:  making Christ known to a world that must know Him as their Savior before the day of judgment dawns!  May He bless us, as ONE people united by the blood of Christ, and empowered by His Holy Spirit for the furthering of His purposes!"

Sunday, September 12 is Rally Day. Join us as we kick off a new season of children's Sunday school and adult Bible classes. There's a lot happening on the 12th.

Time adjustments will be made to the following:
- Early Service will begin at 8:15 a.m.
- Education Hour for kids and adults will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Our Contemporary Service at 11 a.m. will move to the Christian Ministry Center (CMC).

And at 12:30 p.m. our congregation will meet in the CMC for our quarterly Voters' Assembly.
